I found it funny at first, but got sick of seeing and hearing it everywhere. It did bring a lot of people into our record store looking for "Under Pressure" again, though.

By the time Vanilla Ice made his debut, I was already old enough that I had stopped following pop music; so he was barely a blip on my radar....though I did like that video for "Pop Goes the Weasel", where Henry Rollins was dressed as Ice and the guys from 3rd Base beat the crap out of him...

As a metal-head, I thought he was a joke who needed his ass kicked. He ripped off the Queen/David Bowie song 'Under Pressure' and denied it. He made up his background, a ton of lies.
