  • i always heard that if you slept with your head slightly elevated during the night that when you woke up there wouldn't be bags but also if you can't stand sleeping with your head elevated then to sleep with a cool wash cloth or something to that effect over your eyes.
  • I can help you with that. This is tested and proven plus it's inexpensive! I am using this personally for a decade. Try this one. I hope this could help. Here: Rinse your face in cold water when you wake up or when puffy eyes attack anytime of the day to constrict blood vessels and reduce swelling. This a great energizer. Lie down for 15 minutes, preferably in a quiet room, with either a slice of raw potato or cucumber over your eyes, or cotton wool pads soaked in witch hazel (which reduces swelling) or iced water. Your eyes will sparkle and any puffiness will magically disappear! Making sure you are drinking enough water will also reduce eye puffiness. When a person is dehydrated the body starts storing water as a defense system and this will add to puffiness around the eyes.
  • everyone says a lot rest and no stress but i tried that and it didn't do no good. I looked it up and and first i didn't think it would work but i put 2 freezing cold spoons on my eyes for 10 minutes (it stung abit.) and straight after that i put 2 hot not boiling teabags on them for 10 minutes and i didn't have to repeat it. it worked for me it might work for you.
  • take 2 tea bag soak in water keep in fridge at night in morning put them on eyes for 10 mints . u will get bright eyes without puffiness, do some eye excersice that also help
