You have some serious trouble. If this has been going on for awhile, you may have MOLD!! very bad unless you abate it yourself. You probably have a subfloor made from something other than plywood. So, up comes the linoleum, up comes the subfloor. You will have to fix it because once this stuff gets wet it's no good. Look under the sink, this is most likely the place you have the problem. If you live in a trailer, then the pipes are probably plastic and you'll have to run the leak down. Since the floor has to come up anyway, it will be easier to find it from above. Turn off the water first. If you are going to hire someone. Make sure you have a contract for them to sign, with exactly what you want them to do, that you want them to ask you in writing for any work beyond the scope you give them originally. Everything you do with a contractor should be in writing, questions, answers etc. also, make sure in your contract, the one he signs, not the one he give you, that you are going to hold a percentage of the payment back. This is to insure that the work is done right, and that he doesn't fail to pay the bills he has on your job. If you have any skills, do it yourself, it isn't hard.

i would say the leak is most likely coming from your dishwasher or sink.
