Its a great, and cheap way to bring HD discs into your bedroom, and leave the standalone player out in your entertainment center. Also, you can connect it to a PC and watch HD DVDs on your computer, this makes it the cheapest HD solution for your PC. You can also copy and back them up using this method. Another bonus is HD-DVD's are getting cheaper everyday so stock up! One day, these ancient forgotten discs will be worth thousands due to their limited availability!

Not ever buying Xbox. I'm gonna buy the Nintendo wii because it's game lineup doesn't suck anymore. I love my PS2. Xbox just sucks.

No but we did feel stupid for buying a HD DVD player for nearly $400. Now it doesn't matter as we own a blu-ray player as well.
