I'm not quite sure, but on my mother's 2007 Saturn Vue, the wire that supplies the lighter with power wasn't plugged in right. Just a suggestion. You might also want to try to find the owner's manual on-line, that might help.
It finally decided to stop smoking after all these years, eh?

You're reading I have a 1999 Ford F-150 with a V-6 engine. I noticed that the cigarette lighter doesn't work. I checked the fuse block under the dash and cannot find a blown fuse. I do not have an owners manual so I can't find which fuse controls the cigarette lighter?
