  • Probably not. PMS is brought about by different hormones than those associated with ovulation.
  • My PMS starts 7 days before my period. My moods, hunger, cramps breast tenderness start at this time. Some months are worse than others, and the symptoms rotate. I also notice that 10 days after the first day of my last period, my appetite increases for about a day or two.
  • I don't know if you are just asking out of curiosity, but let me give you this piece of advice in case you are thinking about doing something stupid: NEVER EVER TRY TO USE PREDICTING YOUR OVULATION CYCLES AS A METHOD OF BIRTH CONTROL!!! BELIEVE ME I GREW UP IN A CATHOLIC CULT WHERE THAT WAS THE ONLY METHOD OF BIRTH CONTROL AVAILABLE AND I CAN'T REMEMBER 1 SINGLE WOMAN WHO HAD LESS THAN 5 KIDS. I'D SAY THE AVERAGE WAS BETWEEN 7 AND 10. IF YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE SEX, USE A CONDOM AND SPERM-KILLING JELLY, OK?
