  • Indeed it would be...it would classify as a form of neglect and child endangerment.
  • i dont know if it's illigal, it is where i live, anyway (england) - i guess it could be seen as neglect, and the boy would probebly have to go and live with a relative or go into care. I think there would definatly be some questions for the parents by the authaurities (sp)
  • 12 years old is very young. I believe that would be illegal. I think that some authorities might remove you , just because of neglect etc. I was thrown out for wearing the wrong shirt when I was 13 and I never reported it, I just left. I went back in about 7 months and more trouble. Police ended up putting me in a shelter to "save me" I wouldn't suggest leaving without telling someone trustworthy, so that you can get some help.
  • It would be illegal, he would go into foster care, wouldn't he?
  • i suppose it's not human
  • Yes. If you want a 12 year old child out of your home (and you are their legal guardian), then you'll need to get him into foster care. Simply kicking him out is illegal (not to mention disgustingly immoral in most cases...)
