99 Honda Accord: Loud "pongg" sound, one wheel won't turn, one side of the car is now lower than the other on the front end. Approximately how much should I expect to pay for the repair?

It sounds like a suspension spring broke. Labor to remove the spring/strut assembly and replace the spring will be about 1.5 hours. A new spring will be about $85 if it's the front, about $60 if it's the rear. Good luck
