im bulimic lemme help before you eat eat something like a carrot or soemthing bright in colour..then eat whatever the hell it is your eating .. dinner etc every few bites you take drink some water till its all gone then you have to throw it up before 30 mins has passed other wise it was just pointless vomiting it all up cause the calories have been absorbed.... keep throwing up until the carrot or bright thing you ate comes out then you know its all up also dont brush your teth strait afterwards and try do it in the shower hey its easiest :) i know its bad but i hate people that just shun us fuck them its not like you were asking for there 2 cents

same here, im bulimic like they say, it depends, depends of what kinds of foods you were eating some foods takes time to be crushed down and absorbed inside your body (you'll know if you eat something and throw it up and still looks the same when you eat it, like grains and rice,) because it hasn't been chemically changed yet, also eating then running to the bathroom to throw up(meaning no 15 mins waiting) is a lot succesful to throw up almost of the food you've ate. you can also feel if there is still food you've missed inside you( i dunno but if there's something left after i throw up i can feel it) this post is not an encouragement for you to practise it. some people may judge us bulimics to persuade others to do wrong habits were practising but were not ok? it's not fun to be bulimic, and im not even bragging that 'hey! this is my lifestyle! i can eat all foods w/o gaining weight fast! can you do it?' duh! it's not like that! others will never understand our feelings unless they'll have an eating disorder too, please do bear with us and help those whom you've suspecting to have this disoreder. thank you.
