Well they drove past 2 blocks of crack houses to come give me a hard time about my dog being walked by me on school property. So I'm going to say that maybe their aim is a bit off.

I think the police are doing the best the can under the conditions they are given... since they arent allowed to react before something happens.. they kinda have to wait for trouble, they cant go looking for it... so something has to actually happen before the police can respond... stupid american rules. But to be honest it's a little better than places where they can just barge in and do crap.

Haha...I live in a tiny little middle of nowhere hick town...the cops are constantly out looking for someone to harass because they're bored watching the corn grow!
