I'm trying to put a video i downloaded onto a dvd-r so that i can watch it on a regular dvd player. does anyone know how i do this or what program is the best? thank you

You need a burning software ie: nero, roxio, some can be burned through windows media player as well.

I'd suggest using the inbuilt software in Windows first though, if you're using Windows Vista, as Nero can be problematic with Vista, as can Roxio.
