without knowing any details and assuming you're perceptions are accurate, tell them, but be prepared for some negative feedback or be prepared to support them in dealing with what you've told them Simon is always telling people they suck, but he doesn't have to deal with them after he does this if you are someone who matters to this person and you care about them, make damn sure you know what you're doing because you will have to be there for them if you're just another person in their life, try it as a suggestion, maybe you should try something else, if they want to talk about it with you they'll let you know i have hired and fired, but there are many things to consider before taking either of these actions, you have to KNOW what you're doing
