My 18 month old cats eat 400g of wet/tinned food each a day, 200 for breakfast and 200 for dinner. They are BIG cats though, they look like escaped panthers lol.

My mum's cats are smaller and a lot older and they eat 200g a day, plus a bit of dried food.
