Its ok if your afraid about the bumps but it could be a sign of genital warts or herpes. It would be more likly to be genital warts, because its sopose to be like warts, and both herpes and genital warts are incurable, but genital warts has a vaccine to prevent getting 3 different types of warts (there's like 30-40 different types of genital warts out there) so for my opinion i'd perfer to have genital warts than herpes, so if you having sex with your partner if your partner gets vaccinated for your genital warts you can have sex with him without him getting the warts. So its not too bad.

It could be an allergic reaction, Many people are allergic to latex, or it may be unrelated to the sexual encounter altogether. I am not a DR. but I would try an anti-histamine like Benadryl. If that doesn't help then I would seek a professional.
