How can I make a mushroom shape out of duct tape?

firstly what do you mean by mushroom? but yes it is possible to make a model mushroom, just cover a real mushroom in tape.it may require skill though

The best way is to form the mushroom (or any other shape you want) from inexpensive aluminum foil, and then cover it with strips of duct tape. You can also use this method to make things of papier mache or clay. Just bunch or scrunch the foil into the shape you want. If you want a thin stem, try folding the foil into several layers and then twisting it into the shape you want.
