I don't know what your rules are etc but if your bed is high enough shove some plastic boxes on wheels with lids on underneath. If your bed is low you can raise it (either with 'proper' wheels etc or if you don't mind a more rugged look - some breeze blocks are fine)The bed doesn't have to be very high, i've got some pretty flat, long boxes under my bed. You can also get vacum bags which are excellent for minimizing the space needed for your off season clothes, spare bedding and the likes. Boxes in your closet are also a good wax to maximise space, if you get the ones with lids then they can be stacked etc. If you share a bathroom with a group of people (i'm not sure how it works in america, in england we have single bedrooms, pretty often with an en-suite) then get some hooks up on your wall/door (if you're not allowed to screw things in then you an get some stick on ones which may be good on the door) On here you can hang up a draw string toiletry bag (so you can just pick it up and go) and your bath robe etc. If you get a few draw string bags they can have multiple uses hung up (large ones as toiletry bag etc). Hope this helps.
