yes. similar to popcorn. 1. heat pasta popper 2. fling pasta at ceiling to see if it's ready to be placed in pasta popper. ready pasta will stick to ceiling. 3. use ladder to pry sticky pasta off of ceiling and place in pasta popper 4. allow pasta to pop until ready. you will know that the pasta is ready when it has inflated into large poufy marshmellow-like balloons of various shapes and vibrant colours 5. place in bowl and enjoy
