I would definitely suggest you talk with a doctor if you're in that much pain! Some of the common reasons for that sensation have to do with pH of your own fluids, his cum and the mix. Another factor if you have had a prolonged session and your clitoris is irritated. Sometimes it can be caused by not drinking enough water to flush your system, etc, etc..
