In the File Explorer, there's an option you can enable. I think it's "view hidden files". It's off by default.

You have to download a Windows Wand which you tap the top of the computer with 3 times while saying "Abracadabra"

In My Computer or Windows Explorer go to the Tools/Folder Options menu, click on the View tab and click on View hidden files and folders.

what I do is go to explorer of my computer and and go to where that folder is located and in the address bar type the folder name and hit enter. That is a quickest way of reachin ur hidden folder w/o even have to unhide it :) Also u can access it through startmenu>run command but it would be saved there next when someone goes to 'run' unless u open somethin else with it.
