First off, I'm not sure about the trailblazer, but last I checked I've never seen a brake shoe or pad specific to an emergency brake. Normally an emergency brake is attached by a cable to the rear pads/shoes. This cable is what controls whether or not the e-brake is on or not. There are also no brake shoes on the front of that vehicle, only pads. The rear may have shoes or pads depending on if the vehicle is 4 wheel disc brakes. As far as pads go. In my area (Twin Cities, MN) typicall cost for a brake job probably going to run you a little over $350 for all 4 wheels. If your rotors need to be replaced because they are out of spec there will be additional cost for parts and/or labor.

the emergency brake shoes just hold the vehicle in park and should not be worn for a six year old truck its like a mini drum brake in the center of the rotor for rear disc brakes as they will stay put when you remove the rotor. labor shouldn't be more than 200.00 for all four wheels because its an easy fast brake job. No wheel bearing removal or greasing is required. pads should run you about 40-70.00 both sets rotors can run you anywhere from 40-80.00 a piece all depending on the part store you buy from.
