What free speech protections are afforded to Blogs when a blog entry contains false statements made for malicious reasons?

Doent your free speach in USA cover evrything including malicious? Tho you could sue in other countries under their law, as free speach will not protect them :). Ofcourse the person would need a legal identity in that country (If it was done by a legal identity) or the person would need to be in the country when you serve them, which will most prob result in them going o/s and not turning up.

u can sue them for deformation if the malicious comments were made about u, just make sure u get it in hard copy and there must be identifying names.
