Underneath the tires of a luggage tram. My bag fell off the tram and was run over several times. DELTA airlines just put the bag on the plane and delivered it to me torn up. My clothes had skid marks (literally) on them and the bag was completely destroyed. I had to buy new clothes the next day and go to the client meeting in tennis shoes and the clothes I had traveled cross country in the day before.

I was in California and it ended up on the East coast.

Well first they put it in the Cargo section where the luggage goes then they took it out and left it on the cart and forgot about it. While it was still in Kansas i was on my way to Florida thank God i had a layover before florida and they got it to me before i landed

i went to saint louis my luggage went to chicago.
