Help answer this question below.

Do you know if a police car accident report is valid in small claims court? what if the officers version of what happened is not of what happened? or if the other parts story does not match the damages on the car.. what happens then?

    Most small claims court judges accept them, and prefer them. They are not allowed in most non-small claims cases because juries tend to put too much weight on them (and they are hearsay). But a judge is smart enough to take it for what it is worth, and small claims court judges can allow hearsay.
