I have seen several hundred questions about anime. . "whats your favorite?, who rules?", etc. I must be old, I don't even know where to watch anime, is anime watched by young people?

Neither do I. Anime isn't only watched by teens, but by adults, mid-aged people and many more. I'm 14 and I've never watched anime. I don't even know what Naruto is...I know he's japanese..is he?

yes most young people watch anime or people in there 20's and maybe a bit older. id say the average anime fan is in his/her 20's. you can download anime wich will take alot of data and time, if u wana. but us anime fans trade with eachother.

ofcourse naruto is japanese. most anime comes from japan. the characters speak japanese and u have to read the subtitles.

Anime is watched by many people, sadly for some it escalates from "hobby" to "OMFG ANIME ANIME ANIME ANIME ANIME!!! IT RULES MY LIFE".

You can either: a) Watch anime in Japan (if you're Japanese) - there is always at least one anime on TV at a time. b) Download at da-anime.org, idols-unlimited.com or realitylapse.com or c) Go to crunchyroll and stream the video Anime isn't always watched by young people, my uncles are in love w/ anime.

I don't know the age range of anime watchers, but I have to say many of the questions posted here are so simple that I'd guess it's a younger crowd. Instead of discussing plot lines or asking for clarification of certain episodes, it usually boils down to "Who loves anime?" "Who's your favorite anime character?" and "Isn't anime the coolest?!?!?!" Hardly thought provoking.

Im 22 and i just got started on anime not long ago. but my grandma who is 60 is into anime and so is my 16 and 15 year old sisters. you can watch some show on cartoon network on saturday nights. i think they start about 12:30 eastern time.

amanda cartoon network plays anime every night of the week starting at 10pm central time and i think most anime watchers are ages 16-23

yes anime is being watched by many and i myself am a big fan of anime and my favourite is DragonBall Z series and i am also looking forward for the movie based on it titled DragonBall Evolution which will give a more realistic feel to the already exciting anime series -
Hey you would remember Astroboy, that series was an earlier anime, alot of the younger ones hear won't even know what Astroboy is except that the new movie is coming out soon.
