  • I have the same problem. We took it apart tonight to find one of the white gears that pulls the paper through is split in two places in the plastic so it is not moving the roller so the paper feeds. Found in checking the service manual that part no. 12G6120 Printing Engine is the replacement part for this whole area. Around $70. Other option is a lot of people are selling them used online and for about $40 you can get another to replace parts.
  • Sometimes the rollers on the printer pick up too much "paper lint" and just need to be wiped down with alcohol and a q-tip. This takes the paper lint off the rollers and makes them a little "sticky" again.
