I would never fit. Plus, brief's holes are terrible for peeing out of. But even when I wear boxers I don't do it.

I find it to be extremely convenient in situations where I'm all duded up with a tucked-in shirt or wearing a tux or something. Otherwise, I just unbuckle and unzip in the normal fashion.

Not through the hole in boxerbriefs, that's too much work. Boxer shorts however, all the time.

Some do, some don't. But, say you're camping in the winter and need to pee. Are you gonna pull your underwear down and freeze your stomach and maybe balls, too, or are you gonna fish it out through the hole to pee? The latter, for me. ;-)
