What would be simpler? beds are pretty basic as it is

if it aint broke dont fix it, what could be more simple than a bed, beds dont have to have complex spring matresses they could just be foam but the principal is the same , its still a bed

I wear gravity boots and hang from a chinup bar. Sometimes I'll wear a straitjacket to keep my arms from dangling.
