I read an essay about China's Internet Regulation. The essay basically says that there are many web sites that are blocked there. Are you from China? If you are, what do you think about being blocked from web sites that are perfectly fine?

I find the question here interesting- I don't like a nation deciding which sites are good or not, but at the same time this question betrays a very Western view- that culturally wouldn't necessarily be asked in China! Basically, Eastern and Western views of authority are very different (noting I am generalizing and simplifying; I recognize it's more complicated than that!). I guess, though, that's what your question is asking, isn't it? You're just wondering what they think. To that end- Points!

I'm not Chinese, but I have relatives of relatives who live in China, and it seems to me that all Chinese people are aware of the Internet blocks, although only some have problems with it.
