Medium roast

I prefer medium roast for making regular coffee. I prefer dark roast for making espresso drinks.

Dark roast for me. I love espresso roast and French roast, when the beans seem to ooze their oil and the beans are all shining.

medium. too many companies I know use what they call dark roast claiming it's european. To me it just tastes burnt. Most fresh roasted coffees shouldn't taste stale or burnt. they should have a slightly sweet taste.
