  • 2oz.honey juice of 1 lemon shot of jim beam mix in coffee cup and heat in microwave add 1-2 tsp sugar drink.. and go to bed.....
  • Get rid of it before it hits you: I use life shield oral sprays... as soon as I have the faintest symptom of a cold, i just hit my throat a few times. This has worked since a friend of mine told me about this stuff last year. (buy it at health food stores and organic grocery stores).
  • 1. To avoid the rhino virus, sanitize your hands after you touch any common or public surface. Purell makes a 2 oz. container of sanitizer that's very convenient. All you have to do is apply it and rub it all over your hands. There's no need to rinse or dry. 2. Recognize the first symptom of your cold. My opening symptom is post-nasal soreness. 3. If you get that symptom, blast it with Zicam. The last time I had a cold was around April, 2003. Since then I've had what I think was the first symptom twice. Each time I jumped on it with Zicam and the symptom was gone in about 4 hours. Zicam treats the cells of your respiratory passages with zinc which protects them from any rhino viral invasion.

  • sleep,vitamin c, if you feel a cold coming on i usually drink a Emergen c.. it has like 1000mg of vitamin c in it an gets rid of a cold for me.
  • Ok you firstly have to rest...no excuses!! Make yourself a honey and lemon drink, have a close supply of tissues, take a spoonful of garlic and avoid everyone!!
  • You need to take a rest.Drink a lot of water and juices..Then eat a lot of fruits especially those rich in Vitamin C..^_^
  • Lots of sleep is good and if you make sure to drink lots and lots of water, it will help your body break up the mucus so you won't be so congested. Stay the heck away from milk and OJ, because they thicken mucus. On top of lots of water, try to have soup with every meal. Anything to get water in your body.
