Some guys view masturbation more as a chore than "ooh look at the tits on that one." Because of the male need to be sexually active when they start to mature, if a man gets in a habit of masturbating to porn when he is single there is a very good chance he will still be addicted when he is taken. Even though men have been conditioned to feel guilt whenever confronted about the situation it is a completely normal pattern of sexual relief. It some times makes a relationship healthier when a man is not pressured to stop and gets rid of most of the normal pressure a man puts on a woman to get funky. I've been dating my girlfriend for almost five years now and live with her. As long as she doesn't see the girls in the porn I look at she doesn't feel self conscious or pressured to look that way. Which is good because I would never even wanna change a single freckle. I just want to stress that porn and masturbation is not like a gateway drug. Sometimes it's just like brushing your teeth in the morning.

I wish I understood the answer to this question myself...but I don't. Thankfully, my last boyfriend eventually realized that the porn and "hot" pictures was ridiculous and made him less of a man..not to mention how disrespectful to me it was. :)

I don't have an answer to this but more and more question... I am facing the same problem as Bearjones, and I disagree with some comments here about the wife or live in girlfriend do not want to play the 'role'. On contuary I am the one that sents steamy messages, I love sexy kinky lingerie. My husban who simply loves to look at pictures of other naked women is boring in bed, sex usually last 10mins. I am wondring where he ot those jpeg pictures of naked from???

They may live together, but that doesn't always mean she's giving it up on a consistent basis. If a woman complains about her man watching porn, yet tells him to get off of her everytime he tries to get some at night, she shouldn't wonder why he watches so much porn.

Porn is ok once in a while but why some people get addicted I will never know. It is the same stuff over and over, been there seen that, move on. I might suggest that you look a porn with you man and try to reproduce what you see that may lure him more to you and less to the computer. Good Luck!!

yes honestly its not just men who have porn me and my gf both purchase prn together and view it together. but as for the guys who have the 600 gb hard drive filled with porn i don't know you can only watch so much, i think it is more of an addiction thing
