This is the logical way to present the information, just in case there are positive values as well. The easiest way I can think of to achieve what you want is to add another row where you can convert your negative values into positive values. For example, if you have a series of headings in cells A1 to H1 and negative values in cells A2 to H2, enter the formula =A1-A1*2 into cell A3 and drag it across to H3 using the fill handle. You can then base your chart on the two ranges A1:H1 and A3:H3 (select the first range and then hold down Control on the keyboard as you select the second range).
