  • Chase (credit cards, etc.) have always had terrible customer service. And I personally boycott JC Penny. Once, a security guard followed me out of the store accusing me of theft for nearly 10 minutes, only to finally figure out how stupid he was when I complained to his manager. Apparently, the real thief got away because the security guard decided to harass me. Another, similar incident happened in the past, so I never go there anymore.
