Everyone shares a certain amount of genetic material. The more closely related you are to someone, the more DNA you have in common. In the sense that all humans have very similar DNA, yes, everyone is related.

About 70,000 years ago all but a few thousand humans were killed off by a volcanic eruption that covered the planet with ash and smoke, blocking out the sun and killing crops. Everyone on the planet are descendants of those few thousand. Just think of it like this: if the people in your high school were to breed for 70,000 years, would their resulting offspring be related? I would go with probably, especially if your high school is in Arkansas.
