Help answer this question below.

My 1992 Buick Regal is giving the following Engine Diagnostic Codes: 23, 43 and 66. These are being read with an Actron scanner. The "Check Engine" light comes on and goes off during vehicle operation. What does this mean?

    one of your fuses has blown or the red wire for the ''check engine''is crossed with the black wire.
