    That would depend on the person. Everyone is different. Some girls never have an issue and others may. This could be because they have a predisposed problem like TMJ or arthritis. If a girl or guy keeps it up on a regular basis they will in turn run the risk of developing a problem like this. If it was for just one day and the person did not have any underlying heath issues in the jaw area I would say they would be sore for atleast two to three days just like if they didn't go to gym for a week and then one day went and did a hard work out.
