I would think that part of the role of a business administrator would be to assure that their company runs smoothly. Assuring that the employees are skilled is part of this. I am certain that cheating on your homework rather than taking the time and effort to do it yourself would eventually provide a less capable employee because the person would not have learned to problem solve on their own.
