Can a traffic ticket that was issued in NY be dismissed if the date of offense is missing?

    Probably not, as traffic tickets are cross-referenced by not only the date, but by the individual ticket number.

    There may be a "statute of limitations" on traffic offenses, but I'm not certain about that.
