No it does not contain sperm unless you have ejaculated before and havnt taken a pee. You can find recent studies about it, by the professtional websites, and they found out, pre-cum does not contain sperm. (Again, unless if you have ejaculated and have not taken a piss.)

There may be less sperm in precum, but it is the strongest swimmers and still is very potent (that's why the "pulling out" method of birth control is not very effective).
