just the basic diet and exercising. before you eat anything, think "am i gonna regret this later?". it may be hard, but if you really want to loose ten pounds, you have to find the will power within yourself. also, for exercising, i think you should do 20 sit ups before and after any meal...... ok yeah, that is alittle excessive, but it will help.

Water pills. But, be sure to take potassium pills with them, without fail or you will lose all your electrolytes and pass out.
