You keep coming back to see how far and how fast you can go. AB makes more money from CPM adverts because you keep refreshing pages and from CPC ads because you create new pages. The advantages to you are illusory. We are being trained like Pavlov's dogs

Higher level and rank make you get more notice from the other users. You can also give more points for Q & A activity at higher levels. The more visible you are on AB, the easier it is to make friends and the friends help you advance to even higher levels.

Higher +/- points, and you tend to develop a reputation.

People tend to listen to your opinion about Answerbag. How about your opinion about God, abortion and the like? That's another story.

The advantage that I like the most is being able to reward my friends more handsomely for their questions and their answers.
