Everywhere. Just do a simple google search and you will come upon dozens of retailers who sell cues in all price ranges. Of course this doesn't help you if your idea of cheap is $20 or less. You might want to try ebay or wal-mart or those. Those of us who are professionals in the business don't consider those cues cheap, we consider them to be junk and a waste of money. For good, well made cues, expect to spend at least $50 and up.
