It doesn't look like anything, or it doesn't need to look like anything, but an orgasm is a physical release and when you have it you will know it. But, lots of females don't have one, especially in teen years, so I suggest not getting too caught up in it.

there is no frame of reference to explain it. it feels really weird and good at the same time. first your crotch starts to feel really good. then its all adrenaline, and then ecstasy.
