Only if it is a very small store or independent business. I sort of work in to the conversation. But at stores like Target, they have people who stock shelves everynight and track inventory with scanners etc.

The market that I shop at is usually on top of things like that and I never have to remind them that they are running low on something.

Nope, I'm an in and out shopper. Less contact with anyone in a store the better.

lol...lol.. actually I do do this and 99% of the time they say "thanks for letting them know" as I normally try to shop in family owned or smaller businesses
