About 6 years old, maybe younger. Not whole meals, obviously

My brother, sister and I each had 1 night a week that we cooked. Mom would help us so that we would learn how to do it right, and not just burn everything. It was pretty cool, because it gave us time to spend with our mom, and helped us learn important tools for taking care of ourselves when we got older. I don't remember my exact age, but I was in 1st or 2nd grade at the oldest because my sister hadn't gone to college yet, which was in the 3rd grade. I remember having to stand on a step stool in order to actually reach the pots on the stove.

If you count cakes/cookies/brownies/biscuits etc as cooking, then about 12. The only other stuff i can 'cook' is noodles/pizza/canned soup/chips etc. and i've been doing that since about age 11. I really need to learn, it's getting a bit worrying considering i'm nearly 17. x
