  • Flax seed is great for fatty acids, so are avocados. As far as calcium, try soy, rice, almond, or hemp milk, along with kale. Even though you're not vegan, search for vegan nutrition and you'll find lots of options. Good luck:)
  • I also found out today that Teff, which is a whole grain, has 20x as much calcium than other grains. And walnuts are another good source of fatty acids.
