A mars twist roll. Oh yeah. Fresh yellowtail and tuna...and I mean FRESH. The tuna has to have a deep, dark, red look to it. Brilliant orange salmon. Served at just the right temperature. The fish just melts in your mouth. A little wasabi mixed in with my soy sauce. I'm getting hungry.

Shabu shabu, Genghis Khan, Sushi, Robata-yaki, and teppan yaki. (This what was served at the Japanese restaurant I worked at in Hawaii call "Maiko Restaurant" in the Ilikai hotel. Unfortunately, it's no longer there.
