Yes any sexual practice between 2 consenting adults is normal. It's a very sensitive part of the body and becomes even more so with arousal especially for women. I did a lot of it in my youth. I never got sick and I never contracted HIV either. I actually liked the taste. I know...call me sick...but its part of my past and though I am not proud of it at least I stopped with that type of behavior.
