I think two points fairies have visited me (given me a deluge of +6s). If I remember it right, I was at Level 75 to 79 then when that happened.

No :( I tried to stay awake but was just way too tired and fell asleep. Then in the morning I found a load of points in my stocking but no Fairy anywhere.

Nope, the Point Fairy gives you points, then disappears without taking the credit for it...so you can never catch it.
