Do you think MOdified Newtonian Dynamics (MOND) is a valid alternative to Dark Matter theories?

This surely depends on whether you prefer to create things out of nothing or change the rules on which you base your assumptions!? Me, I'm a dark matter man...for no other reason than I don't like the idea of non-uniform laws. However, if a decent enough aregument/evidence was provided for the MOND POV then I would be open to change. Or perhaps neither are correct and it's just God playing with us!!
